Shipping Policy
At Triall Woodworks, we strive to ensure that our customers receive their handcrafted goods promptly and efficiently. We currently serve the Boulder County, Colorado Area with free local pick-up or local delivery ($5 for orders under $100).
If you are located in Colorado, outside of Boulder County, please contact us for custom delivery options at info@woodwanderswoodworking.com. We hope to have more shipping options covering more in the future.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Triall Woodworks. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange for a return or exchange. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
